The children made three varieties of homemade hummus; beetroot, caramelised onion and sweet red pepper using vegetables from the local allotment and kitchen larder staples.
They independently used kitchen blenders after undertaking a health and safety talk. They were amazing at identifying the vegetable and how they grow đ„đ§
