Burger Bonanza at Gourmet Kids Saturday Kitchen Live


๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ What another fantastic session with our big and little chefs, who today joined us both in a room and on Zoom ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ


Todayโ€™s recipe was melt-in-the-midddle mozzarella ๐Ÿ” burgers in brioche buns ๐Ÿ” with homemade winter โ€˜slaw. The children really upped their skills today and used a huge range of kitchen equipment; working out for themselves what utensil to use for what.


The children worked together, practising:

The Winter โ€˜Slaw was packed with a range of colourful vegetables to contribute to their 5๏ธโƒฃ a day. Raw vegetables offer a higher vitamin content than their cooked counterparts, as well as an increased amount of antioxidants that are otherwise broken down during the cooking process.


๐ŸŒฏNext months menu is kebabs, flatbreads and homemade tzatziki and spiced pickled red onions. Bookings will be live on the website very soon. ๐Ÿ’ป
