👩🍳 What another fantastic session with our big and little chefs, who today joined us both in a room and on Zoom 👨🍳
Today’s recipe was melt-in-the-midddle mozzarella 🍔 burgers in brioche buns 🍔 with homemade winter ‘slaw. The children really upped their skills today and used a huge range of kitchen equipment; working out for themselves what utensil to use for what.
The children worked together, practising:

The Winter ‘Slaw was packed with a range of colourful vegetables to contribute to their 5️⃣ a day. Raw vegetables offer a higher vitamin content than their cooked counterparts, as well as an increased amount of antioxidants that are otherwise broken down during the cooking process.
