š„¦Herb identification task with herbs from our allotment
š„¬Made fresh tzatziki with carrot battons and toasted pittas
The children used their patience to independently use knives, scissors and graters to prepare their food.
š§āš³ They learned how to finely chop garlic, dice and julienne vegetables, and how to squeeze your lemon so you donāt end up with pips in your recipe! They even did some cheffy presentation to make their creation look the business tooš©āš³
š The children took home the finished product to share with their family, along with the fresh herbs to experiment with š
