We learned how to finely dice… or “macedoing” in the cheffy world! Dicing takes patience and precision! 🔪
We upped the skills tonight by introducing cooking on the hob! We used our problem solving skills to come up with a safety at the hob checklist 🥘
We finished the session with a taste test and then took the rest of our dish home to share with our families.
This recipe cost 7️⃣4️⃣ pence per portion, and could have been cheaper with swaps and drops and can be easily adapted depending on what you’ve got in your fridge, freezer and cupboards. A great one pan, super quick recipe for family dinners 🍚
