Gourmet Kids Was Cracking โ€ฆ

๐Ÿฅš This week we made egg muffins as we continue our tea time snacks and favourites theme ๐Ÿฅš

๐ŸŒˆ The children loved creating their own combinations from tuna, cheese and olives, to mixed vegetable to meat feast!

๐Ÿ’กThe parents and carers were also inspired and had their thinking caps on as to what combination they could create at home, in particular thinking about how to use those leftovers in the fridge that might otherwise go to waste!

Why do we teach our children to cook?

It develops fine motor skills

It promotes independence

It supports healthy habits for life

It increases safety awareness and managed risks

It fosters creativity

It increases the understanding of the world around them

It's educational

It's a great family bonding tool

It's fun!
