🌸 What a great time we had this morning at Happy Hour!
💜 Today was all about self-esteem, self confidence and sharing positivity with our friends, family, colleagues, and even just someone you bump into in the post office or Tesco!
🧱 We started our Tower of Positivity which is a joint/intergenerational project with our Step Up Sisters.
😂 We also had some really funny conversations and over-shared about all sorts, which is what a safe space is all about! Happy Hour is the best way to start your week 💯
📅 Next week we have a very exciting coach coming to start an eight week programme. Information to follow mid-week.
