Sacriston Youth Project are excited to share our partnership in Durham University's Trusted Connections project.
As a youth club, we are increasingly dedicated to ensuring that our young people have access to information about the ever-growing digital world that is trustworthy, inclusive and safe.
Our role as a partner in this project has been to provide our young people and over 55s with Digital Inclusion and Safety Education. Sessions take place every Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm in our Digital Cafe.
On Tuesday 17th March from 6pm until 7pm, we invite any other participants and partners of the Trusted Connections progamme to come along and be briefly interviewed by our young people in our newly launched podcast called 'Sacriston Youth Podcast: Digital Diaries'. Interviewees will be asked questions relating to their own relationship with technology, as well as their views on digital safety and inclusion.
