Breakfast with Santa 2021

🎅🏻 For our annual Christmas party we had a change from a disco and party games and instead had a family Breakfast with Santa.

🪄 What an absolutely magical time we all had.

👶🏼 We had over 100 guests from the age of 6 months old to glamorous grannies.

Today couldn’t have happened without the support we receive from funders, stakeholders, staff and families so we would like to say a huge:

💷 Thank you to The JD Foundation for the financial support that allows us to do things differently and create these magical moments for our young people.

🚒 Thank you to County Durham & Darlington Fire & Rescue Service - FF Howarth and crew for transporting Father Christmas in a fire truck. Thank you to FF Hollingsworth for being our annual Santa. What an emotional moment it was when we saw the surprise, excitement and happiness on the face of every child when the fire truck drove into the car park with Father Christmas sat in the front. What a forever memory that will be for the little ones.

👨‍🚒 Thank you to the Durham fire station and Red Watch for their support throughout the year.

🏠 Thank you to the Alison and the Woodlands Venue Bar Kitchen team for being fabulous hosts and creating a magical Christmas atmosphere in the function room. The breakfasts were outstanding, the staff and service were exceptional 🥓🍳

🙏🏻 Thank you to our amazing staff and volunteers for donating their time and giving up their Saturday as well as the hours spent picking up donations, present wrapping and card writing in preparation for today.

😍 Thank you so much to our families who joined us today. You really are the best and we are so lucky to have you as part of the SYCP family.

♥️ We hope everyone loved today as much as we did ♥️

Sending everyone lots of love and good wishes.
