Mental Health
Our bodies can become sick or injured and so can our minds. If you or your friends are feeling sad, stressed, worried, angry, anxious or depressed, there are resources and support to help.

Bullying and Cyberbullying
Bullying is when someone means to hurt you. This can be if they name call, hit, push, spread rumours or threaten you. Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place online, and can be on social media, gaming and on texts or calls.

Drugs and alcohol
If you or someone you know is struggling with drugs and/or alcohol, find resources here.

County Lines
County lines gangs use children and vulnerable people to carry drugs and money. This is often between cities and smaller towns and rural areas, across counties.

Healthy relationships
