🪞 Today our session was all about self-esteem and self-image. We looked at how we look at ourselves and the effects of positive and negative thoughts, and also how we perceive ourselves versus what others see, and what we can do to positively impact on others’ self-esteem.
🎨 We also took time to create self-portraits to represent our thoughts and feelings and reflect on ourselves.
🧠This session was quite intense and very thought provoking, but as always we couldn’t get the participants out the door at the end for all the chattering!
