❤️ Today we had a fantastic first session of the year for Happy Hour. We welcomed both old and new faces to the session who had a little pamper whilst we talked about the principles of well-being; everything from practical parenting to burnout, to valuing connections and feeling part of a community. ❤️
🎁 Everyone loved their lovely well-being kits that they took home, prepared by our Step-Up Sisters.
⏰ Next week we will be welcoming a massage therapist who will be guiding us through the principles of massage and the benefits it brings to well-being.
📅 Tomorrow we have our Parent Talk Cafe and we have some lovely new resources to test out and enjoy.
