🌎 Our all girls group to create the future generation of empowered female leaders and entrepreneurs. 🌎
🌈 Tonight’s session was packed to the rafters and the girls could have happily sat all night in The Hub. 🌈
🍝 We planned, prepared and cooked two varieties of pasta bakes, a creamy tuna and a zingy tomato, both were packed full of veggies. Oh and they even did the washing up🍝
We learned about the 5️⃣ ways to well-being, our stress bucket and helpful and unhelpful strategies to help us not only manage our well-being, but to improve it and build our 💪🏻 resillience💪🏻
The girls were amazed at making such small changes, or doing something differently could have such a positive impact. We tried out 🖍 mindful colouring 🖍 to see if this was a strategy that we could add to our strategy list, after Phoebe told us it was one of her “go-to” methods.
