World Food Day

🇮🇳 On Friday, to celebrate world food day we cooked an Indian Feast and had Indian themed activities.

The activities we did👇🏻

Traditional Indian games such as:

🐍 snakes and ladders

🤚🏻 Mendi hand designs

🇮🇴 Flag collages

🪔 Diwali crafts

🕌 We researched significant architecture of India and designed Lego sculptures inspired by them

🌍🗺 Learned about using an atlas and globe for research and geography skills.

🥘 Our Indian feast included our signature SYCP Gourmet Kids Mango Chicken Tikka that included 8 types of fruit and vegetables and butchers chicken. No nasties, or added salt and sugar, just yummy curry! Per portion this cost less that 50p! 🤩

💗 Next week our theme is pink for breast cancer awareness month.

👚 Children are encouraged to wear pink to the session.
